As a former employee and as a parent this has been an amazing daycare. The staff all care about you and help support you. Joy and Linda are so supportive to have and the help support. They care about as you are part of their Family. As a parent, my son was in the infant room with Jen and she is absolutely amazing! Jen is patient and understanding to where developmentally where you child is and helps them progress. In addition she will keep you updated when she can on how your child is doing. Couldn't have asked for a better Centre.

My 17 month old son currently goes to Thornhill woods daycare and he absolutely loves it! The staff there are so caring and loving towards him!He just recently moved into the toddler room but his infant teacher Jen was amazing! She was very involved letting us know what was going on and listened to us when we had any questions or concerns regarding our son! The teachers provide photos and updates daily to our phones via an app that I absolutely love seeing what he gets up to in class daily!Highly recommend sending your child here! You won’t be disappointed!

My daughters have been enjoying with Thornhill wood daycare from infant to even JK program.safe, clean, educational, activities and especially teacher's professionals that I have no concerns at all to let them take care of my kids. Thanks to Jen she took care of my kids when they were infant where is most important time.

My two girls went to Thornhill Wood Day Care. At this time, I never worry about March Break, summer vacation, winter vacation, PA day, weather problems even Christmas. It was a great help to me at work. Especially Jen has a warm heart and I can't forget her gratitude until now. Thank you.

Thornhill Woods is a great daycare! Their infant program is wonderful - my baby quickly adapted and loves it. The teachers and staff are friendly, helpful, and responsive. They send updates and photos throughout the day so we know what’s going on. It gives me peace of mind as a parent to know that my child is well taken care of.

Thornhill Woods Daycare is just amazing. I am a first time mom and was very nervous about being away from my baby but the infant room staff put my nerves at easy! Especially Jen! She is quick to answer all questions and and help make your child feel happy and safe. It’s a great environment and your child will learn so much!

We absolutely love Thornhill Woods Daycare. From the director Joy to all the staffs in all the rooms, they are just amazing. Always welcoming you and making my son smile from the moment we enter the daycare. But what is the most amazing about this place is the care Dan receives from the infant room teacher, Jen. Dan loves her so much and he is so happy to see her in the morning. That, on it’s own, tells you a lot about how he is treated. He is learning so much and is so well cared for. I recommend this place to all the parents.

Thornhill Woods is a great Daycare. The Teachers and Daycare Director are just wonderful. Awesome place for the toddlers to start up with their developmental activities.1) We had a very tough time making our son sit in one place2) He would scream to climb the sliding ladder or going inside a tunnel in play area3) He didn’t mingle with other kids , he would play on his own.4) Had issues with eating and sleeping pattern.This place changed his behaviours and helped him and supported him to do all the above mentioned activities within 2 months after joining daycare.Joy not only helped our son she helped us in becoming better parents with her valuable tips and support .Elise most important person in our son’s life definitely, she is the first person he missed after she left for the day . This made us wonder that’s the kind of care she took care of .Being first time parents in this pandemic , Thornhillwoods daycare is the best of all !!!Thank you so much Team !!!

We are so happy with Thornhill Woods Daycare! Our daughter is 10 months old and has been going since 6 months and it's been incredible! She's with Jennifer in the Infant room and she is AMAZING! We cannot sing her praises enough. She is detail oriented, organized, helpful and takes care of our daughter well! Jennifer is constantly teaching her new things too- she came home the other day and she had learned how to clap which was really excited for new parents like us lol! Jen also is amazing with her feeding- always keeping us up to date and helping us adjust when needed.Our daughter LOVES going here. She's always happy to see Shirin and Jen at the front door in the morning! They are all so caring and gentle with us as parents. Making sure to discuss any issues, or call us when changes are happening. We wanted to make sure we could communicate with them throughout the day if needed and they kept their promise! They are also super clean here which was a big must.Joy is also wonderful and helpful! We can't say enough good things about everyone who works here and how happy we were to have found them (we just googled local daycares and found them!) This is our first kid and we sent her to daycare early (6 months) we were very nervous but Jen & Joy have been so great!

We love sending our daughter here! She started at 6 months old and is now 10 months. She's been in the infant room with Jen, and Jen is absolutely amazing!Shes so caring with our daughter and everytime we drop her off or pick her up she's so happy! Whenever she has milestones to meet like starting food or sitting up, Jen is always on top of it! Our daughter came home the other day and had learned to clap it was amazing.Jen is super communicative so we never worry about anything as we know our daughter is in the best hands! Joy is a pleasure to work with and also on top of everything so we know we are taken care of!Thank you all for being so great we could not have found a better daycare for our daughter!

I was skeptical to put my infant in daycare as I waited til my 1st daughter was 17 months before placing her. Unfortunately due to work & a chronic medical condition, I had to seek placement for my almost 6 month old. Joy was amazing to deal with, she reassured me that everything would be ok & that my daughter would get exceptional care. She was not lying. My daughter started out at the Dufferin location and she was so happy, the staff there cared for her & called her the "Doll of the Daycare." Joy contacted me about a month afterwards that a spot opened up at the Langstaff/Hwy 7 location & that she felt my daughter would be better in the infant room there, again she did not disappoint. Jennifer is INCREDIBLE!!! When I drop off my 8 month old she is full of smiles & is very happy, Jennifer is very hands on & great communicating with me every step of the way. The staff truly care about these kids & do an amazing job. I have the utmost respect for what they do on a daily basis because it ain't easy!!! Thank you so much for caring so much & giving my daughter the best care throughout the day, it is definitely her "Happy Place!!"

My two love coming to the daycare to socialize. They come back from their pamper sessions looking amazing. The staff is brilliant and I would highly recommend this place. We also use the boarding facility when we go on holiday knowing they will be expertly cared for in a home.

I worked at this centre as an assistant teacher. The owners Linda and Joy have the best hearts. Joy supported me to continue my studies and become a registered early childhood educator. They care about the children so much and always remember every child's needs. They treat the children and staff like their own family. I feel that the centre is a home away from home. Love is here!

My daughter said "Mommy, don't worry . I'm okay " when she gets hurt by accident. I realized that she should be learning from your guys and lead her became a big girl. All of you such a good supporter for my family especially me because I needs to go out to work for raising them. Thank you for your guys effort. Hope all of you stay healthy and everything well.

We are really happy with the play based programming at Thornhill woods daycare. My daughter comes home with something new daily and we love seeing all the new things she is learning. The staff is warm and caring and we really appreciate everything that they do. Thank you!

My child has attended the Kindergarten program and has had a very positive experience. My son really benefited from the smaller teacher child ratios and the teacher Ms. Alex really connected with my son. I feel that he is really prepared for grade one and am so happy I kept him at the Thornhill Woods Daycare.

His teacher, Shirin, is like a second mother to him and engages him with amazing activities everyday . She is caring and genuinely loves each of her students. My son used to get easily upset and was very agitated before when he was at another daycare. A month after starting at Thornhill Woods there was a noticeable change in his temper and he is a much happier child now. I love that they email us photos of what the children are doing during the day.

Thronhill Woods is amazing at communicating with parents, engaging the children and providing different sensory activities each day. My son usually smiles or laughs when we are walking up to the door because he loves it so much. He’s 18 months old.

We moved here from Calgary at the begging of February they have done so much here to make my son welcome and make it easy on our move. My three-year-old loves this place so much. I feel like he's actually really flourished here. He comes home knowing stuff and I love the update throughout the day. I would totally recommend it!!

Our daughter attends Thronhill Woods Daycare location and we could not be happier! They were so wonderful with helping us through the initial transition of starting daycare as well as the transition to an older class. My daughter has been attending this daycare since she was 7 months old. Now it has been almost 2 years. From infant to toddler, the teachers are reliable and responsive. Staffs are super helpful and friendly. Even during pandemic, it is worry free to send my cutie there. As a first time mom, I can always get support from the teachers in terms of sleep training and potty training, etc. Thanks.

We, including our son, have had nothing but positive experiences. The teachers conduct lots of fun activities and our son always brings home art projects. There has been very little staff turnover during our time which is important to us. The staff is always courteous, friendly, and professional. Our son loves his teachers. We would highly recommend this location.

I used to work here and loved it! The kids just seemed to be having fun learning and playing, which made my days fun. I moved out of the city or I would still be here. The teachers are all friendly and truly care about the kids as well as each other. I worked at a few centers when I was in GTA and none compared to this location! I can say 100% that if I am in Vaughan when I have children they will be attending Thornhill Woods Daycare

Absolutely LOVE this daycare!! Oh em gee! This place is so amazing! My daughter came in with major separation anxiety. They helped us ease her into her classroom. All her teachers are super helpful, resourceful and amazing. They communicate so well, helped me learn what I needed to do at home to improve my daughter, worked with us on fluctuation of hours, assisted when we had hard times, my daughter improved so much. Mentally, physically and emotionally. I couldn't thank them enough! They are so patient! So responsible and very attentive of not just my daughter but all the children there. Highly recommend!! You won't be disappointed!! Deffo will be bringing her back with my unborn once we get daycare again!

Thornhill Wood Day Care is a wonderful daycare! I have had 2 children with special needs within the Thornhill Wood Day care, and they have by far offered the best care that I’ve found to date. The staff is knowledgeable and kind, and has helped me through rough patches when I’ve not known what resources I need to turn to. I would highly recommend Thronhill wood day care to anyone who’s looking for quality care.

We can't speak highly enough about this organization. From the staff to the management, all amazing sweethearts! They really cater to each lil ones unique personalities. They are gently, kind and understanding. They also know how to help a set of new parents when they need advice or a push ;). If you are looking to have your child attend, know they will be well looked after and loved as if they are at home with family.

My daughter absolutely loved this daycare. Joy and Linda really do care about the kids. They treat them like their own kids including fresh homemade bread for snacks!My daughter was ObSeSsEd with her ECE, Shirin. No word of a lie, my daughter would never let us brush or put her hair in ponytail..... but with Shirin she would let her do these elaborate hair designs. That’s how special her relationship was with Shirin. Shirin is absolute magic! Also the new app they have is awesome. They also excel at meeting/exceeding the early learning curriculum (you’d be shocked how many daycares don’t!).

We enrolled our son last week and our experience has been amazing. Everyone is working so hard to accommodate my son and myself to this transition into daycare. The owner has even taken time after hours to call me and talk to me. The entire staff have been great!

Both my kids went to Thornhill Woods and I was extremely happy with the daycare and how well they took care of my children. They always came home happy and couldn’t wait to go back the next day. They made me feel comfortable and always kept me up to date on how my kids were doing. Thumbs up!

This is the best daycare by far! Both my kids have been going there and I couldn’t say enough good things about this place. They make you feel like home and care about the children as if they were their own. I highly recommend this daycare for any parent!! Especially the infant room where each baby gets personal attention and love to the highest quality.

The most genuine, knowledgeable and dedicated day care staff we've ever met with. Our son has attended Thornhill Woods Daycare for over 6 months now and our lives have been made considerably easier as a result. They helped with foods he wasn't eating, they helped with his daily nap routine which has in turn helped with his nightly sleep schedule. Definitely recommend this daycare for any new or experienced parents.

My son started this school last year and we transferred him from a Montessori school.. I could not be happier that I found this school for him. He loved his teachers and the environment there.. He went to school excited and happy each day. Him being a picky eater, it was a blessing because his teachers (Ms. Manal & Michelle) helped him and me with his eating habits and he loved Linda’s cooking!!He is in J/K now but still misses this school.Thank you Thornhill Woods Daycare!!

Both of my kids loved this place. The teachers were all loving with the kids, definitely got their skills up before starting school. The owner & her mom were like extended family while we were there - they sincerely cared about what was going on with the kids, got on-board with care plans, food intolerances, potty training, behavioural issues, etc. Any issues that came up they immediately jumped on them. Thanks for those awesome years!

My husband and I feel so fortunate to have found Thornhill Woods Daycare for my now 18-month-old son, Jack (started at 13 months). All of the staff treat him as if he was their own son and truly look out for his well-being. I know that he is happy, loved and engaged in positive interactions throughout day.
